When the time came to settle the payment, we understand you tried your international credit card at the POS machine personally, both at the affiliate hotel and elsewhere, but the Indian systems unfortunately did not accept it. We completely understand how stressful this must have been during your holiday, and we sincerely apologize.Regarding the drop-off locations in Jaipur and Jodhpur: your hotels were in heritage, inner-city areas with narrow lanes and heavy traffic restrictions. Our vehicles often face limitations entering those zones, and our team followed the local traffic guidelines. But if this caused you inconvenience or felt unclear, we are truly sorry — that was never our intention.You had also asked about English-speaking guides. We were ready to arrange them, but since we did not receive a final confirmation, the arrangements did not proceed.
