All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or official communication. The cancellation date will be considered as the date we receive the written request.
Cancellation Charges
• 30 days or more before arrival/departure: Full refund or credit note as per the tour or hotel policy.
• 15–30 days before arrival/departure: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• Within 15 days of arrival/departure: No refund (100% cancellation charges apply).
Refunds or credit notes are subject to approval from the respective suppliers such as hotels, transport providers, tour operators, or cruise companies.
All flight ticket cancellations, modifications, and refunds are strictly governed by the respective airline’s rules and fare conditions at the time of booking.
• Some promotional or discounted fares may be completely non-refundable and non-changeable.
• Airline cancellation, reissue, rescheduling, and no-show charges will apply as per airline policy.
• Any fare difference at the time of modification must be paid by the passenger.
• In case of flight delay, reschedule, or cancellation, the airline’s decision regarding refund or alternate arrangements will be final.
• No-show tickets are typically 100% non-refundable.
Agency Service Charges
Dishaan Holidays Pvt. Ltd. may charge a non-refundable service fee for processing cancellations, reissues, or amendments.
Airline Disclaimer
Dishaan Holidays Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a travel facilitator. The final authority regarding airline refunds, schedule changes, or compensation rests with the respective airline.
The following services are generally non-refundable under any circumstances:
• Visa fees and embassy charges
• Peak season hotel bookings
• Cruise bookings
• Special event or festival tours
• Promotional airline tickets
• Government taxes and regulatory fees
In situations beyond our control such as:
• Natural disasters
• Political unrest
• Pandemic restrictions
• Airline suspension
• Government travel advisories
Refunds will be processed strictly according to the supplier’s policies. Dishaan Holidays Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for personal losses, visa expenses, travel insurance claims, or additional travel costs.
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after receiving approval from suppliers.
• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used for booking.
• Bank charges, payment gateway charges, and service fees are non-refundable.
