Terms and Conditions for Tour Packages

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour package with Dishaan Holidays Pvt. Ltd. By booking a tour package with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment

To book a tour package, you must complete our booking form and pay the required deposit.
The full payment for the tour package is due 40 days before the tour departure date.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel your tour booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:

30 days or more before departure: 10% of the tour price.
29 days to 25 days before departure: 25% of the tour price.
15 days before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
Please note: The cancellation policy is applicable only to ground arrangements or packages. Air ticket cancellation is subject to the airline’s policy with a 2000/- service charge. Once a visa is applied for, it is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change the itinerary or cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
If we cancel the tour, you will receive a full refund of the tour price.
Travel Documents and Insurance

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary travel documents, such as a valid passport and visa, for the tour.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay that may occur during the tour, unless it is due to our negligence.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour package.
